If Soulstice Santa Fe is good enough for the richest man on the planet....
Carlos Slim Helu is now the richest man on planet Earth with $ 53.5 billion.
Carlos was part of the audience that Soulstice played for at the NM. Govenor's mansion a couple of years ago. He shook lead singer Vicky Speer's hand, kissed her cheek and complimented her singing and Soulstice's music.

Neuro-Chemists Are Party Animals!

And don't let anyone tell you otherwise!
We have the proof: an international and multi age group of several hundred Neuro-Chemists met at the La Fonda Hotel for a celebatory dinner and dance on March 10th and Soulstice provided the music.
They applauded appreciatively throughout the dinner music selections of American songbook and contemporary pop.
Then came the dance music: On the opening song one brave couple graced the dance floor while the rest looked on but by the second song the group invaded the dance floor en mass and stayed there until the end of the night. Soulstice played Funk, Rock, R & B, Disco and current dance music including Lady Gaga and Rihanna and the scientists loved it all.
They cheered and applauded their approval. A good time was had by all - Neuro- Chemists rock!

Desert Academy email:

"We have had great feed back on the whole event, indeed, your music added much to our evening. People asked me, as perhaps they did you, where you play regularly so they can come and dance,...you were a great part of the event."

Soulstice played the local Desert Academy's Fundraiser on Saturday Jan 30th and it was a big success musically - we haven't heard the tally on the total money raised yet.
The audience ranged from teenagers to adults and  they  all packed the floor dancing. We started off easy during cocktails with swing, latin and slow contemporary pop, then moved to R & B, Rock, Funk, Hip Hop.
Lots of compliments and they want us back for their next event. We had a blast!
